CEO Randy Lafontaine has built the company into a premier travel and tours company, which continues to captivate locals and visitors alike. Having been established in 2016, St Lucia Tours and Travel offers tours and transport services to the island’s visitors, differentiating itself by an incredible focus on customer service. Our team continues to ensure that every client’s first experience on the island is a fantastic one.
The uniqueness of the services provided has led to Mr Lafontaine being named as the Most Outstanding Youth of the Year at the National Youth Awards in 2017. Mr Lafontaine also received the award for outstanding entrepreneurship when he was named as a winner of the OECS 30 under 30, an initiative by the OECS which recognized the thirty best young entrepreneurs in the sub region. In addition, Mr. Randy Lafontaine was also one of 3 young St. Lucians on the Prime Minister’s honor roll, during St. Lucia’s 2018 Independence day celebration, where he received an award for Innovation. The greatest acknowledgement of the progress and success of Saint Lucia Travel and Tours came during the prestigious Saint Lucia Business Awards, where Mr Lafontaine was named as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year. The award, that was received in front of some of the biggest names in Corporate Saint Lucia, propelled Saint Lucia Travel and Tours into the thinking of many of the elite, and the positive feedback in the aftermath is proof of this.
To compliment his already existing business, Mr. Lafontaine made a decision to delve into the world of real estate, forming the company ‘Top Notch Real Estate.’ His objective with this company is to provide luxurious yet affordable short term and vacation rentals. He has so far designed and built two properties in the tranquil community of Piaye. The first property is a 2 bedroom, fully equipped apartment, dubbed ‘Ixora’. The second, and his crown jewel, is a 3 bedroom, 3 and a half bathroom Luxury Villa ‘Aura’, nestled in the lucious Piaye landscape, and overlooking the scenic Piaye River. With its unrivaled charm, touch of luxury and convenience, and its proximity to the international airport and main attractions, Aura has become a favorite for locals and tourists alike. Mr. Lafontaine hopes to add to his fleet of properties as the company continues to grow.
